1. Attended TWO day national Seminar on "Recent Advances in Material Science (RAMS-11)" ON October 21, 2011, by Department of Chemistry, Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Bangalore-60 in association with Luminescence of India: Karnataka Chapter [LSIKC].
2. Presented poster on research paper abstract entitled "Combustion synthesis, structural characterization and Thermoluminescence studies on cerium doped CdSiO3 nano powder" to the National conference on "Recent Trends in Materials Chemistry and Engineering (RTMCE – 2011)" organized by Department of Chemistry, RNS Institute of Technology, Bangalore during September 29-30, 2011.
3. Actively worked as coordinator for VTU-VGST sponsored Faculty Development Programme on "Green Chemistry and Environment" on 17th to 19th Feb. 2011 at R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore.
4. Attended one day workshop on " Luminescence of Materials" on 29th January 2011, conducted by Department of Chemistry, M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore-54 in association with Luminescence of India: Karnataka Chapter [LSIKC].
5. Effectively participated in two days workshop on 'Research methodologies and Latex' at SJBIT, Bangalore, conducted by VTU e-learning on 9th and 10th May 2011.
