Ms. G. Jayalatha has been conferred Award of Medal (Young Scientist Award).for presenting a paper entitled “Rayleigh Benard Convection in Viscoelastic Liquids with Temperature Dependent Viscosity” in the Award Session for Young Researchers below 30yrs of age in 53rdCongress of ISTAM, an International Meet, held at University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, during 27th to 30th December 2008, and she was awarded "Silver medal" for her paper titled "Rayleigh-Benard convection in viscoelastic liquids with temperature-dependent viscosity" which was considered as the outstanding research work in the Award Session..
