About the Course
There has been a revolutionary change in manufacturing methods and philosophies with the pervasive use of computers. The computer has had and continues to have a dramatic impact on the development of Production automation technologies
The course covers comprehensively important subjects in production automation and related Fields. The topics covered include computer numerical control, Industrial robotics, flow line production, group technology, material handling, flexible manufacturing systems, automated inspection, process control and computer networking in manufacturing including the manufacturing automation protocol .
The department has well qualified and experienced staff specialized in manufacturing, machine tools and CAD / CAM. The department has well equipped CAD / CAM laboratory.
