The department of Electronics & communication Engineering has started M.Tech Program in Communication Systems in the academic year 2005 – 06.

In the present scenario, communication Engineering is of vital importance for any society. In the information and global village concept, communication system have a major role to play in any civilization with newer hand in the EM spectrum through open various new communication system are evolving at a rapid rate.

With these developments in mind the course M.Tech (Communication system) was started with an intake of 18. This is a four semester course with last semester reserved for industrial training and project work.
