About the Course
The Civil Engineering Department is commencing 2 years post Graduate Programme in Structural Engineering from academic year 2006-07 onwards (M.Tech - Structural Engineering). The programme has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
The admission to the programme is through P.G.CET entrance examination which is being conducted by Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum.
The Programme is headed by Dr.K.S.Jagadeesh, Former Chairman & Professor of Civil Engg. IISc Bangalore. The Department has well equipped computer lab with Structural Engg software, Exclusively for PG programme.
The programme is going to be conducted by experienced staff, renowned in their area of specialization.
